2、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. The elevator is a scissor lift, and its rotating part is connected by a shaft pin and a shaft sleeve. In order to reduce friction, there is a grease nipple at the end of the shaft pin for adding lubricating grease. The platform must be lubricated after 80 hours or about 10 days of use.
2. After adding hydraulic oil to the elevator every 200 hours of operation, about 6 months, replace the hydraulic oil with a viscosity of 22-46mm/s; Hydraulic oil with high viscosity is used in high temperature working environments, and it must be filtered when refueling. Hydraulic oil is generally N46 in summer and N32 in winter.
After working for 80 hours, about 10 days, it is necessary to inspect the screw cap on the pin for looseness. If there is any looseness, it should be dealt with urgently.
