The SJT series fully automatic intelligent traction underground drainage pipeline dredging machine is a newly developed sewage pipeline dredging machine by our company. This machine is suitable for cleaning sewage sludge in urban municipal, industrial and mining enterprises, and residential areas, solving the problem of difficult dredging after sewage blockage. It is currently the most advanced sewage pipeline dredging equipment in China.
This product is a drag and pull type, with moving wheels installed under the equipment. It is not fixed with the tractor and can work with multiple cleaning devices simultaneously, sharing one tractor to reduce costs. The equipment consists of a generator set, a hydraulic assembly, a winch unit, an electrical system, a moving wheel, a silt shovel, a self dumping silt loading box, etc.

Product Overview:
At present, with the construction and development of large, medium, and small cities, towns, and industrial and mining enterprises in China, the requirements for environmental protection are becoming increasingly high, and the workload is also increasing. Nowadays, most of the manual operation procedures such as sewer flushing, twisting, and cleaning still follow the past, and the labor intensity of workers is high, leading to frequent poisoning accidents.
In order to solve the above problems, our company has independently developed an urban underground drainage pipeline dredging machine to replace manual dredging operations. This not only saves labor, reduces labor intensity, and avoids poisoning accidents, but also greatly improves labor efficiency.
The dredging system mainly consists of a steel wire rope connecting the winch and the silt shovel. During operation, pulleys are fixed at adjacent wellheads, and the shovel is inserted into the sewer pipeline. The winch twists and pulls the steel wire rope, and the steel wire rope pulls the shovel forward along the fixed pulley for dredging. After the shovel is lifted out of the wellbore to a certain height, it is pulled by the hydraulic forearm above the silt loading box to release the silt into the box.
