The speed control circuit is a circuit that controls the movement speed and speed switching of the actuator in the hydraulic system of the hydraulic lifting platform.
The main control methods include valve control, pump control, and actuator control. The commonly used speed control circuits include speed control circuit, fast circuit, and speed switching circuit.
The basic principle of the speed control circuit system often requires adjusting the movement speed of the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor to adapt to the working cycle needs of the host. The speed of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors is determined by the displacement and input flow rate. It can be seen that to control the speed of the cylinder and motor, it can be achieved by changing the flow rate or by changing the displacement.
For hydraulic cylinders in hydraulic lifting platforms, it is not practical to adjust speed by changing their effective working area A (equivalent to displacement), and generally only by changing the flow rate can speed be adjusted. For variable displacement motors, speed regulation can change both flow rate and motor displacement.
Therefore, there are three main ways to adjust the speed circuit:
1. Throttle speed control circuit: supplied with oil by a quantitative pump, using a flow valve to regulate the flow into or out of the actuator to achieve speed control;
2. The volume throttling speed control circuit uses a pressure limiting variable displacement pump to supply oil, and the flow rate entering the actuator is regulated by a flow valve to adjust the flow rate of the variable displacement pump to match the regulated flow rate of the regulating valve to achieve speed control.
3. Volume speed regulation circuit: regulating the displacement of variable displacement pumps or variable displacement motors to regulate speed;
In addition, several quantitative pumps can be connected in parallel, and according to different speed requirements, one or several pumps can be started to supply oil to achieve graded speed regulation.
