1、 Basic knowledge related to steel wire rope
There are a large number of steel wire ropes in hydraulic lifting platforms, which can make the equipment (sh è b è i) more and more secure by using a reliable interface at the rope head. The difference between the rope clamps should not be less than six times the diameter of the steel wire rope, as it will connect all equipment. Using high-quality steel wire ropes and carrying out maintenance and repair on them within a fixed period of time can extend the application time of the equipment.
2、 Basic knowledge about cage controllers
At the top of each roof, there are controllers, and their transport speed cannot exceed 65 centimeters per second. If other practical operating parts have no way to achieve actual results during the entire process of applying the controller (gu ò ch é ng), the safety weapon equipment will still maintain its maintenance effectiveness. If you want to terminate it urgently, you can use the stable working pressure button or operate the bistable power switch to disconnect the posture of the cage.
3、 Abnormal working voltage
When abnormal conditions are detected in the working voltage of the equipment, it is necessary to terminate the operation of the elevator equipment in an emergency. Many construction sites do not pay too much attention to this aspect, and even cancel the protector. Little do they know that if there is a lack of fully automatic power-off and shutdown equipment in the event of an accident, it can pose a serious threat to the safety of workers. Therefore, it is necessary to provide protective devices in order to allow on-site safety hazards to be manipulated.
