The integrated hydraulic power unit with highly integrated design scheme can be installed inside most lifting platforms, ensuring the reliability of the product to the greatest extent possible and making it easier to operate in practice. Choose rectangular square tubes with a raw material quality of 16Mn or design solid line forming support point arm plates according to the basic principle of variable cross-section with equal compressive strength.

When the main hydraulic cylinder experiences a split in the oil delivery pipe or a rapid decrease in speed, the rust proof valve will quickly close, automatically locking the oil delivery pipe into the inner chamber of the precision polishing hydraulic cylinder, and cooperating with the imported sealing ring to promote excellent sealing characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder.

The hydraulic transmission system has an emergency stop function in case of sudden safety accidents or lack of energy supply.

Infrastructure: A grid shaped service platform frame shear wall with rectangular frame square steel pipes is selected, and anti slip patterned steel plates are laid underneath. The standard thickness of the small plate is 46mm, which effectively reduces the deformation of the tabletop.

All rolling bearings are made of polymer materials and self rolling bearings, which are easy to maintain and have a long lifespan.

The bottom can be designed with an oil pan, which is beneficial for cleaning and reducing environmental pollution on the road surface.

The service platform equipped with a stop button can slow down the posture of all service platforms by pressing the bright red stop button no matter what.

All steel components undergo rigorous sandblasting rust cleaning metal surface treatment, with two coats of topcoat and two coats of paint, using high-quality polyurethane topcoat with a thickness of not less than 0.08mm, and are air dried to solve the problem.
