Company: For the transportation of goods and personnel on heavy-duty hydraulic lifting platforms, in order to ensure the safety of goods, equipment, and personnel, the company has purchased and installed crack prevention valves for hydraulic lifting platform products. During the use of the product, when the equipment table is at a high place, problems may occur (Emerson) to ensure that the lifting platform table will not experience rapid descent and loss of control accidents, while the control table will slowly descend. The anti cracking valve is a safety anti cracking valve used for heavy-duty hydraulic lifting platforms. It consists of a valve body, a compression spring, a slide valve, and a retaining ring. The chamber of the valve body is equipped with a compression spring, which is connected to a slide valve that can slide in the chamber. The slide valve is limited by a retaining ring embedded in the valve body. The top of the slide valve has a through-hole, and the bottom of the slide valve is a plug. The chamber is connected to the inlet and outlet of the valve body. A crack prevention valve is installed near the oil port (also known as the oil port) of the oil cylinder. When the hydraulic pipeline ruptures, the plug seals the inlet of the valve body, cutting off (cutting open; cutting off) the leaked oil flow of the oil cylinder to prevent sudden rupture of the oil pipe and loss of control accidents.  

Once the oil pipe ruptures, causing the lifting platform to descend too quickly, the crack prevention valve quickly closes and enters a throttling state, causing the hydraulic lifting platform to slowly descend, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment (sh è b è i), thus playing a safety role.
