The gear transmission of the platform elevator mechanical equipment is very simple. 1、 Maintenance of the rotating lifting platform elevator

The hydraulic control components and electrical components of the rotating lifting platform elevator are in an extremely harsh office environment. The top priority for active maintenance and protective maintenance is the reliability of these components.

1. It is necessary to habitually inspect the working attitude of the solenoid coil of the directional valve and whether the valve core (belonging to the valve body) is easy to drag, and immediately clear the conduction block condition.

2. To check whether there are safety hazards such as short circuit faults (current not passing through high-power electrical appliances, immediately connecting to switch power supplies) in electrical components, clean dust, remove oil stains, and ensure that all electrical components are working properly. 3. Clean up iron pins and other dirt in the surrounding environment on time to avoid getting stuck in the control valve core (belonging to the oil circuit board).

2、 Difficulties encountered in the practical operation of hydraulic rotary platform elevators

The hydraulic rotary platform elevator has been in operation for nearly 2 years, with stable characteristics. Scissor hydraulic lift is a widely used professional equipment for high-altitude operations. During the period, there was one minor common fault, which was mainly manifested as a significant abnormal sound heard after the pump started, and the platform elevator was not functioning properly.

1. After the actual operation of raising the button, sometimes the platform elevator does not respond, and sometimes it can be raised after a long time, but the speed is very slow.

2. Reduce the occurrence of common faults accompanied by platform vibration.

People analyze deeply that the reason for the noise may be due to damage to the internal components of the deep well pump vacuum pump or gear pump. But the working hours of gear pumps are not long, and the most difficult problem will arise from insufficient oil removal by the oil pump. Insufficient oil removal by the oil pump may result in blockage of the filtration device (such as filtering residue) in the oil suction and transmission pipeline, or steam leakage in the oil suction and transmission pipeline, leading to an interruption in oil supply and potentially causing insufficient accidents.

Considering the narrow indoor space of the hydraulic installation system, it is difficult to disassemble the car fuel tank for inspection. Therefore, people removed the plastic hose for the inlet of hydraulic valve 27 and found that the hydraulic oil was intermittently spraying out after starting the engine, and then terminated the oil leakage.

The remaining fuel in the car's fuel tank indicates that everything is normal, and after disassembling the car's fuel tank, there are no abnormalities observed in the suction and delivery pipes. Resolutely replace the filtering device (function: filter residue, etc.), conduct a trial run to ensure normal oil leakage, and actually operate the platform up button. The platform can be raised normally, but when it descends, it still cannot be positioned normally.

Based on work experience, it is most likely that the causes of such common faults will occur in directional valves 4-7 and speed control valves 8-11. When the platform is lowered to promote the push rod of directional valves 4-7, it is found that when the push rod of directional valve 6 is promoted, the platform elevator can be lowered normally. During the inspection of the winding coil of the reversing valve 6, it was found that the wire joint was loose, resulting in looseness (loose wiring). Tighten the wiring screws and remove common faults.
