What are the main structures and system descriptions of mobile lifting platform products

Mobile hydraulic lifting platforms generally consist of four components, namely the mechanical structure, hydraulic system, electrical system, and moving device. Fixed hydraulic lifting cargo elevators are basically the same except for the absence of moving devices. The power unit consists of a deep well pump and an electric motor. The mobile lifting platform is an internal power unit, while the fixed cargo elevator is an external power unit.

Main structure: The mechanical structure of a mobile lifting platform generally consists of three parts: a base, an arm, and a worktable. The base is welded with steel plates of corresponding strength. The arm frame is made of high-strength seamless rectangular tube with shear support hinge vertical lifting, which has high strength and beautiful appearance. The workbench can be operated and controlled by several people simultaneously, and is equipped with safety barriers and low-voltage control (to rig) screens, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Description of the hydraulic system for the two mobile lifting platforms: When oil is sucked from the oil pump, the piston in the oil cylinder is pushed, and the lifting cross arm is vertically raised and lowered, the pressure oil flows back to the oil tank through the solenoid valve under the monitoring of the speed limiting valve and flow regulating valve (materials: cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, etc.). When the oil cylinder is overloaded, the pressure oil output by the oil pump flows directly back to the oil tank through the relief valve (safety valve (function: control pressure not to exceed the specified value)). In order to prevent uncontrolled descent accidents caused by oil pipe rupture, a one-way speed limiting valve is installed on the pipeline of each oil cylinder for oil inlet (also serving as return oil), which can ensure normal descent speed even in the event of oil pipe rupture.
