& nbsp; Regarding the common problems with elevators and lifting channels, many operators in the operating units are unable to handle them and must request on-site repairs. However, due to the environment and time constraints of equipment operation, normal repairs cannot be carried out for the problems presented by the equipment. Only special methods can be adopted to maintain the fundamental operational functions of the equipment.
& nbsp; Just like the occurrence of problems in the walking parts of the lifting channel, operators must have knowledge of equipment repair to avoid appearing too anxious when problems occur. Generally speaking, common problems with the walking parts of the lifting channel are divided into:; Problems such as grinding and burning of bearing shells, burning of axle box bearings, burning of traction motor bearings, loosening of wheel rims, and breakage. Below, the editor will share with us the method of handling it.
& nbsp; The lifting channel should be placed in a trench orientation and corresponding anti slip operations should be carried out; Remove the gearbox of the equipment, remove the shaft oil box, and take out the lower tile and oil absorber; Gradually test drive and check if there is any severe damage to the appearance of the shaft diameter around the circumference; If the damage is severe and tungsten is occupied, it should be polished and lubricated with an oilstone; Underneath the electric motor, place the sleepers on the trench edge inside the steel rail, and use a jack to pull the electric motor at regular intervals to remove the upper tile.
& nbsp; Check the status of the bearing shell and oil absorber, investigate the cause of damage, replace the bearing shell, and clean the bearing oil box; After assembling all components, install a new oil suction device on the axle oil box and inject clean axle oil; Inject gear lubricating oil into the gearbox according to regulations; The common burning of axle box bearings is the burning of outer row bearings, and in severe cases, it can cause the axle box and wheelset to be fixed together, affecting equipment operation.
