Our sales engineers usually provide a formal quotation response within the same day (for inquiries submitted outside of working hours, we will provide a formal quotation response on the next working day), and the quotation is valid for 30 days.
For non-standard products, you can provide specific usage requirements and desired functions, and discuss with our technical personnel to develop and design products that are more suitable for you.
We will confirm the following information with you before placing an order: company name, name and contact phone number of the person placing the order, product and quantity ordered, invoice type, payment method, delivery method, shipping address, recipient name and contact phone number.
Payment terms: All orders require a prepayment.
